The newly promoted Master Warrant Officer Saka LA has been decorated with his new rank of Navy Warrant Officer (NWO) at Headquarters Naval Training Command, Apapa.
He was decorated on Friday 14 April 2023 in a colourful ceremony witnessed by friends and colleagues.
