…Host Barracks Community to an End of the Year Party
In the spirit of the festive season and celebration of the new year, the Commander 35 Artillery Brigade, Brigadier General Mohammed Tajudeen Aminu on 1st January 2024 hosted officers and men as well as the entire barracks community to an End of Year Party at Alamala Barracks Parade Ground in Abeokuta – Ogun State.
Speaking during the event, Gen Aminu appreciated the commitment of officers and men of the Brigade towards the success recorded by the Brigade in the year 2023.
The event featured numerous fun activities including games such as Jungle Run, Plastic Slides, Merry Go Round, High Scrapper Castle, Cottage Castle and Bungee Run where children had a good time throughout the day.
Furthermore, the Commander stated that the End of the Year Party is essential to wine off the stress after the Brigade’s engagement in various training activities and operations in 2023. He further urged all the officers and soldiers to extend the same zeal and spirit in the year 2024.
The event climaxed with the presentation of prizes and gift items to children who emerged 1st, 2nd and 3rd positions in the various events competed.
