SERVICOM Makes My Job Easier, Says PSC Chairman, Promises Transparency

The Chairman of the Police Service Commission, DIG Hashimu Argungu has declared that the work of the Servicom office of the Federation has tremendously made his work in the Police Service Commission easier and reiterated his commitment and drive to instil transparency in the governance architecture of the Commission.

Argungu said he was committed to raising the ethical standard of the Commission and ensuring that “We are compliant with the demands of SERVICOM.”

He spoke when he received in the audience a delegation from the SERVICOM office led by its National Coordinator and Chief Executive Officer,  Mrs Nnenna Akajemeli.

Argungu repeated his readiness to give an account of every kobo that is allocated to the Commission and released for the running of the Office.

Earlier, the SERVICOM boss, Mrs. Akajemeli congratulated the PSC Chairman  on his deserved appointment  and noted that since he assumed duty “Service delivery in the Commission has been commendable.”

She called for the timely promotion of Police Officers to serve as motivation for improved service delivery and advised that the SERVICOM Committee in the Commission should avail the required management support.
