Enugu Police Commissioner urges cadet officers to be diligent during two‑month attachment

-

The Commissioner of Police, Enugu State Command, CP Mamman Bitrus Giwa, psc, has charged Cadet Assistant Superintendents of Police (CASPs) undergoing a two‑month in‑training attachment with the Command to be diligent and committed to acquiring hands‑on policing skills.

The charge was delivered during the reception and address for Regular Course 8 Cadet ASPs of the Nigeria Police Academy, Wudil, Kano, held at the State Command Headquarters, GRA, Enugu.

CP Giwa urged the cadet officers to take the attachment seriously, remain observant, and use the period to gain professional, ethical and operational policing experience. He warned them against any conduct that could dent the image of the Nigeria Police Force or jeopardise their future careers in the service.

Following the address, the cadet officers were posted to selected police divisions across the Command and have since commenced their attachments.
