CCTV captures moment two Nigerians stole MacBook Laptop

A Close Circuit Television (CCTV) has captured the moment two Nigerians stole a MacBook Laptop belonging to a visiting professor.

The CCTV put paid to speculation about who or how the visiting professor’s laptop was stolen.

The incident was said to have happened at the Lagos Continental Hotel, Victoria Island on Wednesday 20th of September, 2023.

The pictures of the suspects have been shared several times, with +234 816 049 9300 or rewards@techadvice.com.ng asking for information that could lead to the arrests of the men and also offering a N500,000 bounty to locate the men.

A social media post shared by the group hunting for information concerning the men, said: “This is an urgent appeal to the general public to help apprehend these criminals that stole a visiting Professor’s MacBook Laptop on Wednesday, September 20th, 2023 at the Lagos Continental Hotel, Victoria Island.

“The entire reprehensible act was captured in crystal clarity by a CCTV. This incident is not just about a stolen laptop; it is an assault on our nation’s pride, a stain on our hospitality, and an affront to our integrity.

“We appeal to your sense of justice as a proud Nigerian citizen in helping to apprehend these criminals. To inspire action and urgency, we have established a significant reward of N500,000 for anyone who can provide information leading to the recovery of the missing Laptop and information about the whereabouts of the criminals.
