Operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Makurdi Zonal Directorate have arrested 25 suspected internet fraudsters at different locations within the Makurdi metropolis.
They were arrested on Tuesday, April 8 and Wednesday, April 9 2025 following credible intelligence on their alleged involvement in cybercrimes.
Items recovered from them include three cars, five laptops, 22(twenty-two) and three bikes.
The suspects will be charged in court as soon as investigations are concluded.
