CP Lagos Pledges Support In Fight Against Domestic And Sexual Violence

The Commissioner of Police, Lagos State Command, CP Olohundare Jimoh, has pledged the continued support of the Command to the Lagos State Domestic and Sexual Violence Agency (DSVA) in the fight against domestic and sexual violence in Lagos State.

CP Jimoh made the pledge during the courtesy visit of the Executive Secretary of the agency, Titilola Vivour-Adeniyi, to the Command Headquarters, Ikeja on Wednesday, March 13, 2025.

He expressed his appreciation for the DSVA’s tireless efforts in combating domestic and sexual violence in Lagos State and their commitment to providing support services to survivors, noting that their work aligns with the Command’s mandate to protect vulnerable members of society.

CP Jimoh emphasized that the Command will work closely with the DSVA to ensure that victims receive the necessary support and justice through the Family Support Units of the Command which are spread across Police Divisions in the state.
