Argungu Installs Grand Patron PSC Sports Club, Charges Team To Conquer At Games In Port Harcourt

The Chairman of the Police Service Commission, DIG Hashimu Argungu has been installed as the Grand patron of the PSC Sports Club.

 

The ceremony held at the Chairman’s office in Jabi, Abuja was conducted by the President of the Club, Mike Aji and assisted by the Members of his executive.

 

Aji briefed the Chairman on the success story of the team and presented to him the medals won at the last games. He requested for Commission’s support to motivate the team for greater achievement in this year’s games held in Portharcourt Rivers State.

 

DIG Argungu who this morning, Thursday,  October 24th 2024,  flagged off the training programme for the PSC team pledged to lift their spirit so that they will storm the games with greater determination to excel.

 

He charged them to go and conquer,  stressing that the Commission would stand solidly with them and provide the necessary assistance required.

 

The Chairman was represented at the flag-off ceremony by Mr Ikechukwu Ani, Spokesman of the Commission, one-time Chairman of the Sports Writers Association of Nigeria Edo state Chapter and later Deputy National Chairman of the Association.
