Bauchi Police Sanctions 18 Officers, Recovers N784,000 in Extortion Cases

The Bauchi State Police Command disclosed that it has disciplined 18 officers for professional misconduct in 2024 and recovered N784,000 from extortion cases.

The Command further claimed that the funds were returned to the victims.
