The Lagos State Police Command today announced that it has identified the policeman, who opened fire on birthday party guests in Iyana-Ipaja area of Lagos State, killing two and injuring others.

The image revealed that the command was waiting for the Inspector to turn himself in, adding that a manhunt had been launched for the fleeing celebrant.

His words: “On 24th April 2022,  at 10:PM, a shooting incident occurred at La Silver Bar, Egbeda which resulted in the death of two persons and injuries to others.  Upon receipt of the information, the Lagos State Commissioner of Police, CP Abiodun Alabi, ordered an immediate full-scale investigation into the circumstances surrounding the unfortunate incident.
