CEO of Houses for Africa, Jonah Capital, Addresses Executive Leadership Concerns

-

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Houses for Africa and Jonah Capital, Mr. Kojo Ansah Mensah, has issued a stern public warning, claiming that Mr. Paul Odili and Mr. Adrian Ogunmuyiwa are not part of the executives of the firms, Houses for Africa and Jonah Capital.

In a formal statement released by Mr. Mensah, both men are accused of falsely representing themselves as members of the Board and Management of the two firms.

Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) records affirm that Mr. Mensah remains the legitimate CEO/Managing Director, while Mr. Abu Arome serves as the Company Secretary.

The matter has been escalated to law enforcement agencies, including the Nigeria Police Force and the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), as investigations into the alleged corporate identity theft and impersonation intensify.

The management has urged the public and business stakeholders to refrain from any transactions with the named individuals, stressing that any agreements made under such misrepresentation are null and void.

Victims are advised to report incidents and pursue legal redress.  To dispel confusion, the official leadership of the companies includes: Mr. Kojo Ansah Mensah – CEO/Managing Director, Mr. Victor Quainoo – Chief Operating Officer and Mr. Abu Arome – Company Secretary.  These details can be verified through official CAC documentation.
