Court finds owner of Hilton Hotel culpable of Adegoke’s murder

The Osun State Chief Judge, Justice Oyebola Ojo, on Tuesday, declared that the owner of Hilton Hotel Ile-Ile, Osun State, Dr Rahman Adedoyin, is culpable in the murder of Timothy Adegoke, a postgraduate student of Obafemi Awolowo University.

Vanguard reports that Justice Ojo made the declaration while reading his judgment during the ongoing trial of Adedoyin and other suspects in Osogbo.

Adegoke was killed in Adedoyin’s hotel in 2021.

Osun State Chief Judge, Justice Oyebola Ojo has sentenced Dr Rahman Adedoyin, owner of Hilton Hotel, Ile-Ife to death by hanging.

Justice Ojo in her ongoing judgment said the owner of the hotel and two of his workers, based on the circumstances of the case established by the prosecuting counsel, Femi Falana, SAN, are found culpable of conspiracy to commit murder and unlawful killing of the deceased.
