CP Dantawaye Receives Kogi State NLC Chairman, Comrade Gabriel Amari On A Courtesy Visit

The Commissioner of Police, Kogi State Police Command, CP Miller G. Dantawaye, received a delegation from the Nigerian Labour Congress led by Council Chairman, Comrade Gabriel Amari.

 

In his remarks, Comrade Amari stated that, the primary purpose of the visit was to foster and strengthen the relationship between the Nigeria Police Force and the Labour Union in the State.

He further emphasized the importance of collaboration in ensuring peace, security, and the promotion of workers’ welfare across the state.

He promised that the Kogi State Labour Union will continue to partner with the Police to ensure law and order prevail in the State.

 

In his response, CP Miller G. Dantawaye warmly welcomed the delegation and assured them of the Command’s unwavering commitment to providing the necessary support and maintaining a cordial working relationship with the Labour Union. He also reaffirmed the Command’s readiness to collaborate with the NLC in areas of mutual interest for the betterment of the state.

 

The meeting ended on a positive note, with both parties expressing willingness to work together towards peace, progress, and development in Kogi State.
