…CSP asked me to move N44m from suspect’s account

The Anambra State Police Command has declared the unknown publisher of Gistloverblog wanted.
This occurred moments after one Mr Nelson, believed to be working with Anambra State Police Command and directly under CSP Patrick Agbazue, uploaded a voice recording on the internet.
According to Nelson, the voice record was exclusively meant for the Anambra State Commissioner of Police.
The voice recording has since gone viral.
In the recording, Nelson made weighty allegations against CSP Patrick, alleged to be the leader of the Police Killer Squad in Anambra State.
He also stated that following the release of the alleged Police Killer Squad by the Force Headquarters, CSP Patrick went on the rampage, arresting colleagues suspected to be giving out information on his activities and those of his team.
Nelson insisted that those police personnel arrested by Patrick were innocent.
Nelson explained that because he feared for his life, he had gone into hiding and it was from his hideout that he sent the voice recording to CP, urging him to investigate CSP Patrick.
Police currently believe that this Nelson is the same person as the owner of the Gistloverblog and has since declared him wanted.
The voice recording states thus;
“My name is Mr Nelson. This recording is to the commissioner of police in Anambra state.
“Sir, this is extremely confidential in regard to the suspect Mr Chibuike Martins Ekwueme, the guy that was supposed to get a rocket launcher for the proscribed terror group ESN/IPOB.
“I was still on holiday when CSP Patrick briefed me on the matter and copied me intercept which I swing into action, and put my analysis together immediately.
“I go into action, did my finding with my team. Then we went to the field. I went with the men into the field and took some pictures.
“We survey and have a workable plan, so Monday we went there and took pictures again and we had a proper workable plan.
“Fortunately, CSP Patrick and I went to meet with the Military to plan the operation, we schedule to carry out our operation the next day by 7 am.
“Fast forward to that day, we pulled out to Mbosi, I moved out with an advance team, myself, Insp Uche Ononogbu, Sgt Uche and Constable Clinton total of four of us went to Mbosi together.
“We met with the Military FOB there, we told them why we were there but they told us that 302 has informed them, so I asked my team to drop me on the road.
“ I went back to survey the place. Went back again alone to survey the target area. I met with the target and even took pictures to confirm my visual on him, exchange pleasantries with him, and met with the target and his elder brother Tochukwu Ekwueme.
“They occupy a twin duplex preparing for their mother’s burial. So the area has no network coverage for me to call or communicate back to command so I sent an sms to CSP Patrick informing him that I have my eye on the target but because of the network, the sms was unable to deliver so I had to trek from there back to FoB.
“So on the getting there, I managed to reach them. So when I got to the Fob we started planning again, so I went back again to the targeted area with another vehicle to confirm if he was still around because when I was leaving the area the first time I visited the target was leaving the house with his blue Honda crux car with Lagos plate number.
“ I came to confirm and he wasn’t around anymore. On my way leaving I discovered he was driving in again so I went back and told CSP Patrick that he was back. It was an operation that comprises of Military, police, and Anambra AVG.
“The operation was successful. We got the guy with the elder brother because we later get to find out the elder brother has ties with ESN, he was the target, but we picked the brother also.
“The target stayed in Turkey while his elder brother stays in Italy, they were arrested, and we moved to police headquarters.
“After the briefing, you gave me N60,000 for lunch. I don’t think you counted the money because you were happy with the outcome and the success of the operation. So I and Patrick briefed you but Patrick only briefed you on what was recovered which is a gun, ammunition, weapon, and phones and you asked us to commence an investigation but in that statement, CSP Patrick did not mention to you the vehicles, cash, gold ornament, jewelry, exotic wine etc.
“It is not in my place to say anything to you. So we returned back to base, changed, and commenced the interrogation. He later invited me to his office and said to me that I know that the case was a delicate one and that he wanted me to handle it with care so I told him to trust me.
“So he said I should find out how much was in the guy’s account and feed him back immediately which I later went back to tell him that he had N44 million.
He instructed me to pull out the money in cash for him. The arrest was made Wednesday, and on Friday the cash was handed over to him cash about 53 dollars and his (suspect’s) mobile phones were with him.
“so we went for another arrest of one Patrick who is a gun runner at Ozubulu. Not until last week Thursday that he called me very late and asked me to meet him at Ozubulu at 11.30 pm and I asked him if he wanted me for an operation, but he said no that I should just meet him there.
“I said no because I know who I worked with, my mind was not at peace to embark on that meeting so I gave a flimsy excuse why I couldn’t make it.
“So, the next day he saw me and asked why didn’t I come I told him it was late. So he said okay that day he was asking me why I didn’t come to Ozubulu to see him, and he said I should meet him and I said okay.
“That same day he started calling me to come and meet him and it was late at night again. This time not Ozubulu but Ukpo. So, I told him that I cannot make it so he started shouting at me at that point I knew something has gone wrong and I had to go underground.
“Sir, you’ve been here with us now for two years by October you will be two years with us and you understand how we function.
“Sir, I knew CSP Patrick was looking for ways to cover his tracks, I was innocent, at that junction I never knew that things has started going bad for him and he needed a scapegoat because I am the only link to him so once he could take care of me there’s no one else to talk so sir I had to underground know the capacity he has and I have been underground and remain underground up till this moment because the very moment I showed up, it will be my SUD.
“It will be my SUD on your table, and I am not mincing words. sir as much as I want to come out and tell the world, I don’t want to die because I am the only child of my parents.
“I am making this audio because since yesterday he has been going around arresting innocent people that have no link to his insatiable quest to quench the matter at hand and hang it on innocent people’s necks while all along he knows the money was given to him.
“Sir I plead with you to use your office well and look into this matter diligently because there is nothing that happens at AWKUZU SARS that OC SARS is not aware of it.
“I don’t have the power to pull such a stunt without his approval. So please sir, I will love you to look at this matter very well and look at it as a father.
“The only reason why I am underground is that my life is at stake. I know the danger associated with dealing with Patrick, he is like a tipper that has just failed to break he is on the rampage, and he will clear everything on his path. I have seen it happen and it will continue happening. The only thing that will happen is SUD.
“There will be no investigation either he can carry it out on the field or while torturing me. They will just tell you that I am dead, and the information will die with me.
“So, he should stop this charade of investigation when he knows the truth he should find a way to fix his mess and stop involving innocent people.
“I think this was going to end with me I was willing to come out of respect and loyalty and I was actually willing to take the fall and just ignore and have it all on my head.”
