…house-help admits to sodomising employer’s son

The Lagos State Police Command has arrested and arraigned a 17-year-old house help, identified as Silas Daniel, who sexually violated his employer’s children, ages five and 10.
The case was transferred from Dopemu Police Division to the Gender Unit of the Lagos State Police Command, Ikeja, on the 10th of October 2024, at about 2:pm.
The Lagos State Police spokesman, Benjamin Hundeyin said: “The case was reported by the complaint on behalf of his five-year-old daughter and his 10-year-old against Silas Daniel, who is the domestic help to the complainant.
“The complainant alleged that the said Silas defiled his daughter and his son, by having sexual intercourse with the two minors in his house whenever he was not at home. He used to leave the children at home with the alleged perpetrator.
“The complainant stated further that he had sexual intercourse with his son through his anus. The alleged suspect confessed to the crime upon questioning.
“The suspect was arraigned in court on the 18th of October, 2024 and he has been remanded at Special Correctional Center, Adigbe, Abeokuta, based on the fact that he is 17 years of age.”
