Motorcycle safety is a growing concern nationwide. More people are opting for motorcycles as their primary mode of transportation.
There is every tendency that when ridership increases, risks also increase. Below are a few tips that help improve the level of safety when riding a motorcycle:
Be Safe.
· Conduct a pre-ride check to identify any mechanical defects that could jeopardize your safety.
Be Visible.
· Signal your intentions
· Make sure your headlight works
· Use reflective stripes on your clothing and motorcycle.
· Flash your brake light when you are slowing down and before stopping.
Dress for Safety.
· Wear a helmet and eye (protective) glasses
· Wear clothing with bright colors.
