The Commandant of the Nigeria Police Academy, Wudil, Kano, an Assistant Inspector General of Police, (AIG), Mr Patrick A. Atayero, recently took part in a strategic engagement session for heads of institutions today that was arranged by the Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFUND).
Through TETFUND interventions, the event aimed to promote sustainable development, institutional accountability, and transparency.
As part of the Academy’s dedication to conforming to national standards for infrastructure development and education, the Commandant was accompanied by DCP Suleiman Eki, the Academy Bursar and Mr. Ahmad Lawan, the Academy Head of Procurement.
The interaction offered a forum for exchanging concepts and fortifying institutional tactics to improve project execution efficiency.
The Commandant reiterated the Academy’s steadfast support for all government-led programs that foster professional discipline, academic excellence, and infrastructure development.
He underlined that in order to achieve the long-term objectives of developing highly qualified and morally sound police officers who can effectively serve the country, strategic partnerships like this one are essential.
