Tragedy as Young Mother, 21, Kills 34-Year-Old Partner in Domestic Dispute +VIDEO

-

A 21-year-old woman has been arrested for allegedly stabbing her 34-year-old partner to death during a domestic dispute.

The suspect, who has been cohabiting with the deceased for the past four years, reportedly began living with him at the age of 17. She has two children for him.

According to police sources, the heated quarrel between the couple escalated, leading to the young woman allegedly stabbing the man in the heart, killing him on the spot.

The tragic incident has sparked debate over where the blame lies: with the young woman, the society that allowed her to be in such circumstances, or her parents, who allegedly gave her out at 17 without the traditional bride price.

Despite her truncated education, she dropped out in Senior Secondary School 2. The suspect is said to speak fluent English, leaving many to question the circumstances that led to her early cohabitation and eventual involvement in a crime of passion.
