The founder of Sahara reporters, Omoyele Sowore, who is a human rights activist, has taken to his social media handle to call out the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Minister, Ezenwo Nyesom Wike, describing him as “drunkard–murderer -landgrabber-thief Minister.”
This was even as reports filtered out on Wednesday that the Department of State Services has filed a five-count charge against Sowore, alongside social media platforms X Corp and Meta Inc., over posts critical of President Bola Tinubu.
The Punch further reported that the suit dated 16th September,2025, was lodged at the Federal High Court in Abuja after Sowore allegedly refused to delete certain posts about the President.

SAD! Wike stole land in Abuja, Wike robbed the people of Rivers state, and Wike massacred Igbos at Obigbo. Wike should be in the Hague at the International Criminal Court.”
