AIG Lectures Officers, Calls For Professionalism, Standard Operational Ethos

-

The newly deployed Assistant Inspector General of Police in charge of Zone 2 Command Headquarters Onikan AIG, Fayoade M. Adegoke, on the 18th of September, 2024 holds his maiden lecture with personnel of the Zone at the M.D Abubakar Conference Hall, Zone 2 Command Headquarters, Onikan Lagos.

AIG Fayoade while addressing personnel of the Command warns them to refrain from all forms of unprofessional conduct, respect the rule of law, imbibe the fear of God and exhibit high standard policing as the command is a terrain he is familiar with, and he is delighted to be back.

He reemphasized the need to improve the image of not just the Zone but the entire Nigeria Police Force.

He maintained that his overall objective is to ensure that the crime rate in Lagos and Ogun States is reduced to the barest minimum and to take policing to a higher level of service delivery to members of the public.

He thereafter encouraged personnel to imbibe the spirit of unification, contribute meaningfully and work tirelessly to rid the Zone of criminal activities while taking into consideration their health and general well-being.
