During his address, the IGP commended the officers for their unwavering commitment, operational efficiency, and sacrifices made to ensure public safety. The IGP urged senior officers to renew their dedication to crime-fighting, emphasising that leadership is earned through impactful, lifesaving decisions. He stressed the importance of showcasing results across Commands and Formations to affirm the Force’s unwavering pursuit of public safety.
Furthermore, he charged officers to remain proactive in tackling emerging threats through intelligence-led policing and the integration of technology to bolster crime-fighting capacity.
Reaffirming his commitment to institutional reform, the IGP reiterated that improving the welfare of serving and retired officers remains central to his administration’s agenda.
