Lexus SUV Driver Charged Over Anthony Joshua Accident in Ogun

The Ogun State Police Command has charged the driver of a Lexus SUV involved in the Anthony Joshua accident case in court.

According to the Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Oluseyi B. Babaseyi, the suspect, Adeniyi Mobolaji Kayode, a 46-year-old male, was arraigned before the Sagamu Magistrate Court on Thursday, January 2, 2026.

DSP Babaseyi disclosed that following his arraignment, the court adjourned the case to January 20, 2026, for further proceedings.

The Ogun State Police Command, headquartered at Eleweran, Abeokuta, assured the public that it remains committed to due process and transparency in handling the matter, while urging residents to remain calm as the legal process continues.
