The Ondo State Rescue Management Agency, working alongside the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) and local divers, has moved to the site of the aircraft crash to retrieve the wreckage from the rubble.
Security agencies have also cordoned off the area to prevent tampering with vital parts of the aircraft, which will be needed for investigation.
The disclosure was made by Idowu Ajanaku, the Ondo State Commissioner for Information and Orientation.
Further details on the crash, including the cause and any casualties, had not been provided at the time of this report.
