Teenager among suspects arrested for robbery as Police raid of hideout

The Jigawa State Police Command has arrested two suspects, arms and other exhibits after operatives attached to the command raided a hideout in the state.

According to Nigeria Force Spokesman, Muyiwa Adejobi, the operatives carried out the operation on the 7th of March 2024, in collaboration with local security, based on intelligence, carried out a raid at the Dangoli Fulani Camp, Kiyawa Local Government, Jigawa State and arrested 18 years old Musa Babangida and 20 years old Bello Usman.

He added: “Two AK-47 rifles were recovered from the suspects with 68 rounds of live ammunition, four magazines, one leg chain, one boxer motorcycle, eight mobile phones, eight spare batteries, five SIM cards, one portable solar panel, an international passport and a cash sum of N221,510. The suspects had been involved in many deadly armed robbery operations, which led to many killings.”
