Tukur Mamu: Wait for court proceedings, says DSS to Nigerians

-

By Ola Fadoju

The Department of State Services (DSS) has warned Nigerians against unguarded utterances over Tukur Mamu.

This was also as the Service condemned the overzealous comments by sections of the public in relation to the arrest and investigation of the self-acclaimed Kaduna Train hostage negotiator.

According to the DSS Public Relations Officer, Peter Afunanya: “The Service wishes that it is not distracted with some of the skewed narratives pervading the media space. Instead, it requests to be left alone to concentrate on the ongoing investigations, the outcomes of which have remained mind-boggling. The Service will cease further comments on the subject matter since the court will determine its course. Consequently, the Service has urged the public to desist from making unguarded utterances and to wait for the court proceedings.”
