President of the Senate, Godswill Akpabio, has mourned the victims of the Nigerian Air Force (NAF) plane crash near Igbokoda in Ondo State.
Akpabio, in a condolence message, commiserated with President Bola Tinubu, the military high command, and the families of the passengers and crew members who lost their lives in the crash.
He also extended his condolences to the Armed Forces of Nigeria over what he described as a painful loss.
The Senate President said the nation mourned the fallen heroes and would never forget the courage and commitment with which they served the country.
Akpabio prayed for comfort for the bereaved families and strength for the Armed Forces at the difficult time.
