The Inspector General of Police (IGP), Alkali Usman Baba, has given directives to all commands and formations across the nation to begin preparations for the Police Games tagged: “13th Biennial Police Games-Uyo 2022,” to begin.
In a police signal sighted by julianafrancisnews.com, the IGP approved the games to hold in Uyo, Akwa-Ibom State in November 2022.
The signal further states: “The IGP directs that all zonal command teams and Team Force Headquarters are by this signal to commence intensive preparations for the Games. The IGP further directs that all correspondences from the Force Sports Secretariat Abuja for the games are given the utmost priority and treated as a matter of urgency. The IGP ordered that everyone concerned should ensure that all the directives relayed to commands and formations.”
