The Delta State Police Command has taken delivery of two Toyota Sienna operational vehicles donated by the Executive Chairman of Warri South Local Government Area, Hon. Agbateyiniro Weyinmi Isaac.
The vehicles were handed over on 7th August 2026 and are earmarked for deployment to the Ubeji and Daudu Police Divisions, respectively, to boost policing operations within Warri South LGA.
Reacting to the gesture, the Commissioner of Police, CP Yemi Oyeniyi, commended the council chairman, noting that the donation would enhance operational mobility and strengthen the capacity of both divisions to effectively discharge their policing responsibilities in the area.
The Command described the gesture as a demonstration of the growing partnership between local government authorities and security agencies in the ongoing effort to improve public safety across the state.
